Event Sponsorship
Your sponsorship will go towards supporting our events and furthering our mission of enriching life through land protection.
Why Sponsor?
Each year, the Georgia-Alabama Land Trust hosts numerous events designed to bring people together and educate local communities, landowners, and those who work with landowners on the many benefits of conserving land for future generations of people and wildlife. By sponsoring events hosted by GALT, you can have a tremendous impact on conservation in the Southeast.
Exciting events like Wing Night give community members the opportunity to experience firsthand the power of land conservation efforts. Additional events like Cave Tour and our wildflower walks provide the opportunity to recreate while connecting with the landscape.
Our events also offer an opportunity for landowners to connect with like-minded individuals and GALT staff in order to better understand the easment process. In our experience, one of the best ways to encourage people to protect their land is by interacting with landowners who have done so.
Additionally, our continuing education classes are critical for keeping landowners and the professionals who work with landowners abreast of current laws, regulations, and reporting requirements. We also use the classes to showcase new technologies and trends related to conservation.
As a sponsor, you will be identified on signage at events, recognized in our annual Conservationist Magazine that we send to over 1,000 recipients, and listed in emails sent to our supports, landowners, and professional (attorneys, CPAs, realtors, and appraisers) contacts. You can support a great cause and show the community you or your organization cares about protecting the future. We appreciate your generous gifts and support!
